Anytime you are broken by damage taken from Rot you roll on the Rot Critical Injury Table. You then adjust your result in the chart by one lower for every permanent Rot point you have.

1 1 - 1 2 Hair Loss NO - Your hair and maybe even your fingernails fall out. They grow back eventually. -
1 3 - 1 4 Fainting NO - until you get 4 hours of sleep. -
1 5 - 1 6 Lesion NO - You gain a tumor, lump or scar on your skin. It is permanent. -
2 1 - 2 2 Migraine NO - You are unable to take actions D6 hours
2 3 - 2 4 Vomiting NO - You can’t keep food down. You are unable to recover damage until you heal this condition. D6 days
2 5 - 2 6 Sickly NO - You become more vulnerable to disease, - 1 to all sickness rolls 2d6 days
3 1 - 3 2 Weakness NO - You are sapped of strength, -1 to Endure D6 days
3 3 - 3 4 Trembling NO - You can stop shaking, -1 to Move D6 days
3 5 - 3 6 Coughing NO - You have a severe cough that makes it difficult to speak, -1 to Manipulate D6 days
4 1 - 4 2 Forgetful NO - You have trouble remembering simple things, -1 to Comprehend and Know the Zone D6 days
4 3 - 4 4 Vision loss NO - You must make a Move roll anytime you want to move around D6 days
4 5 - 4 6 Fatigue & Nausea NO - You are tired and feel terrible all the time, -1 to all rolls for Strength 2D6 days
5 1 - 5 2 Blisters & Rashes NO - Your very skin is sore and burns, it hurts to just move, -1 to all rolls for Agility. 2D6 days
5 3 - 5 4 Redness & Stench NO - Your skin turns red and you smell of metal and death, -1 to all rolls for Empathy 2D6 days
5 5 - 5 6 Confused & Disoriented NO - Your mind is hazy and you can’t focus, -1 to all rolls for Wits 2D6 days
6 1 - 6 2 Internal Bleeding YES, -1 D6 hours You suffer a point of damage for every roll you make to Force, Move or Fight. 2D6 days
6 3 - 6 4 Paralysis YES D6 days You are unable to move at all, but are still conscious and can talk. 3D6 days
6 5 - 6 6 Severe Rot Poisoning YES D6 Days You gain an additional point of Permanent Rot. -
* Coma YES, -1 D6 hours You fall unconscious and don’t wake back up until fully healed. You must be supervised by someone with the Heal skill every day during your healing time or you will die. 3D6 days
* The Dance YES D6 Days You have fits and convulsions. -2 to all Strength rolls during healing time. Permanent -1 to Strength after. 3D6 days
* Consumption YES D6 Days Every breath you take hurts, you can’t stop coughing. -2 to all Agility rolls during healing time. Permanent -1 to Agility after. 3D6 days
* The Cringe YES D6 Days Your face begins to droop on one side and you find it hard to think and concentrate. -2 to Wits rolls during healing time. Permanent -1 to Wits after 3D6 days
* The Horrors YES D6 Days You suffer from delirium and paranoia. -2 to all Empathy rolls during healing time. Permanent -1 to Empathy after 3D6 days
* DEATH YES - Your organs fail, you die -
