Does this Monarch role fit me?
From the mist we hear croaking all around. The bullywugs in the rowboats welcome us to the kingdom of King Gullop XIX. Zephyr introduces himself as Baron and me as the Monarch. We "dock" at a jetty which, for as far as we can see, encircles the lake we've reached. We start following it in a clockwise direction.
Somewhere along the way, some bullywugs are attempting to repair a balloon which is being filled with swamp gas. But several leaks allow the gas to escape again. We leave them be and continue on our way, now approaching a set of stepping stones towards the next part of the jetty. One of the stones all of a sudden moves as we want to step onto it. It's some kind of creature introducing itself as Rocky. Frostbite has to apologize for stepping on him and has to sing a song. He could've better let Maeve dot that, but he's definitely trying!
Further along we encounter a house on stilts. This can't be Bavlorna's home yet, right? There's a ramp leading up to it and washing lines are tied to the railing, leading into the mist and the middle of the lake. We climb the ramp leading up to the house and inside we notice several small fires. A bullywug is frantically trying to douse them and cries out for help. Burning embers are bouncing around so even some minor magic doesn't help to extinguish the fire. But with the combined effort of the others they eventually manage to do so. I refuse to go in as the smell is terrible. Ashira makes fun of me because of this and I ask her to say that without smiling... Is this monarch thing getting to my head, dissing my best friend like that? Hmmmm.....
